Web4 aug. 2014 · I copied the working profile. First I tried to use the Control Panel -> Mail icon to remove all accounts from the copy and add the ones I want back in. I got the same errors as before. So I copied the working profile again. This time I started outlook with that profile and in Outlook removed the accounts and added them back again. IT WORKED!!!!
