Web2 aug. 2024 · Just purchased two new Dell Inspiron 3162 laptops. I am a Linux user. I am unable to get the keyboards to light up. Is there a trick/ something I am missing here. Both laptops are now running Linux Mint 18.1. Ran all of the updates and upgrades.. Still no joy.. My current Dell laptops have no problem. Any help here would be nice.
