WebAnd must be no more than 19 lvls lower than the highest party member. The minimum lvl is stated in the party window. No it doesn't Work. Either both have to be vagrants or both have to be 15+. it works fine, your vagrant needs to be lvl 5 at least to gain exp and in general not lower than 19 lvls to the one killing mobs.

I seriously doubt it's even, and I also doubt players will be rewarded for bigger parties all sharing exp, compared to doing 100% damage with a -19 level leech.
