WebApr 26, 2014 · Being in a mall with no outdoor seating, Coastal Flats is an average restaurant. It's noise level is even worse when you go inside rather than the mall side. Service is a bit slow and the servers are a bit pushy comparing similar restaurants in the upscale Tysons Corner Center mall. Too many teenagers contribute to the decibel level.
